Hints Report – June 15. 17.00 Ludwig Muzeum

The group Hints invites everyone for an afternoon pick-nick, as the next stop in the series of talks “Report” curated by Katalin Timar, curator in Ludwig Muzeum. In this Pick-nick Event, held on bubble wraps used to package the wrtwork from the exhibition Nomadic Service, you can also meet guests of Hints:
Jan Danebod, Danish artist and street art freak with his Freaks Gallery.
Rozalinda Borcila (USA), who arrives to Budapest with her travelling archive, called common_places(www.commonplacesproject.org). You can browse in the entire collection in Dinamo (Tűzoltó utca 22.) on June 14 and June 16, and at the Report in Ludwig Muzeum.
Finally the project of the group Dynamite (USA) called Potential Energy will be introduced, which was show in Chicago in May this year (www.dynamitefamily.com).

The main dish of the pick-nick is the ideal sandwich, which the visitors can make for themselves. Hints Institute drops surprises into the flow of everyday routine
Our aim is to dissolve art into everyday life by creating thought provoking and inspiring projects those involve people of public spaces, through disrupting their isolated routines and suggesting alternative ways. We also intend to encourage dialogues on the public realm in order to revive former public forums and to create new ones. The members of our institute are artists and sociologists. This fusion helps to examine the notions of public and community from diverse aspects and lets us reach different layers of society by a wide range of activity, like projects with minority social groups, actions on streets, stencil and sticker art, etc. More on: http://hints.hu

Hints Riport – június 15. 17.00

A Riport következő állomásán a Hints egy kötetlen délutáni piknikre invitál mindenkit.
A Nomád Szervíz című kiállításról ismerős ütésálló csomagolóanyagok között megrendezett Pikniken a Hints vendégeivel találkozhatnak az érdeklődők:
Jan Danebod dán képzőművész és street art harcos bemutatja a Freaks Galériáját.
Továbbá vendégünk lesz Rozalinda Borcila (USA), akinek Common Places című utazó archívuma (www.commonplacesproject.org) most érkezett Budapestre. Az arhívum teljes anyaga megtekinthető junius 14-én a Dinamoban (Tűzoltó utca 22.) és 15-én a Riport alkalmával a Ludwig Múzeumban.
Emellett látható lesz a Dynamite csoport Chicagoban bemutatott Potential Energy című projektje is. (www.dynamitefamily.com).
A piknik fő fogása az ideális szendvics, amelyet a látogatók maguk készíthetnek el.
